The song you are listening now is apparently a beautiful duet by Vivian Hsu and Cao Ge called "I still believe". I hope this song would be played during my wedding in the future...*fantasizing*...LOL! It was quite sad to know that Taiwan was struck by earthquake yesterday - exactly two years after the Asian tsunami as stated on Page 12 of today's The NEWPAPER. The tremors disrupted the undersea cables which affected the internet services around the Asia pacific, as well as international telephone lines (http://sg.news.yahoo.com/061227/5/singapore249388.html). But that is not the point. Of course the upset part about this is about the people involved. There are people being crushed to death (when the building was going to collapse during the second quake) while saving their children. I nearly cried while reading/watching this piece of news. Besides the quake in Taiwan, actually on Christmas day itself Indonesia was strucked by landslides and before that was floods too. I can't remember how many casualties or fatalities was there...oh my goodness... Oh! Headlines in this site http://sg.news.yahoo.com/asia/id.html tell you everything happened in Indonesia... Looks like this little rascal's (that's me) wish of "may the world be peaceful forever" is quite difficult to come true...is there anyway we can avoid natural disasters? No right? Sobs...
