Friday, April 6, 2007 @ 4/06/2007 06:13:00 PM Is it better to be girls or be boys? Let’s see; I think being a guy is better because… 1) Girls have to experience a miserable period every month, boys don’t have to go through this… 2) Girls have to go through the pain of expecting baby for nine months and give birth…and guys? -_-! 3) Personally I think having two bulky fleshes hanging on girls’ chest isn’t cool – having biceps the size of watermelon, shoulders broad like your cupboard, and abs with 6 parts divided nicely – is even cooler! 4) Any one can help me fill up? However, life is better being a girl because… 1) Guys have to go through the pain of NS but girls are spared from it… 2) Caning is the first thing on the discipline master’s mind when guys get into trouble but it never occurred to all the discipline masters in the world (or at least Singapore) to cane girls who get themselves into trouble… 3) Isaac once mentioned to me before; while shopping for clothes, girls got more variety choose from while guys got lesser… 4) Any one can help me fill up? Conclusion: I'm asking the obvious...no one is perfect; life isn’t perfect either… . . . . Well, Cao Ge explained before the meaning behind the song liang zhi lian ren – what he’s trying to say is no one is perfect, my strengths shall make up your weakness and your strengths shall make up my weakness. Therefore, we should cherish the people we love… Come to think of it, I totally agree with him. Imagine if we had to expect people around us to be perfect, or to be who we want them to be, or anything else you can think of, everyone is bound to be disappointed. As a result, can you imagine how much it added onto the already chaotic world would? LOL! Perhaps it explains why we called our boyfriend/girlfriend as 'the other half'? =D! Therefore, be appreciative to the people around us, and love people for who they are =)… P.S.: No offence…and pardon me for being random... Labels: weird thoughts |
