Monday, June 11, 2007 @ 6/11/2007 11:20:00 PM I didn’t forget I have a ‘date’ with Alvin and Isaac tomorrow to Singapore Discovery Centre… I didn’t forget Fitria haven’t replied my enquiry on whether I can come back for camp after our trip tomorrow and I’m supposed to ask again… I didn’t forget I need to contact SOME BIG people… I didn’t forget I have to do this and that… But I forget I’m not supposed to eat or drink at MRT station… I was at Orchard MRT station with Luke while waiting for Nilofer and Christabelle. While waiting I drink a bit of water. Then this staff happened to pass by and reminded me not to drink here. She said she understand I may be thirsty drinking plain water but this is the law and blah, blah, blah… I’m not trying to go against the so-call higher authority; law may be law but I think sometimes it ought to be flexible…yeah. I’m not trying to defend for myself though. Or should I say it’s ‘respect’ or ‘compromise and accommodation’? Personally, I would prefer the situation to be “Ok you are allowed to drink here but promised me you will not dirty this place or you will be penalized” or stuff… But yeah, it’s not up to me to decide too…LOL!
