Monday, August 20, 2007 @ 8/20/2007 05:42:00 PM Wow. What a 'nice' way to start the week. And what a 'nice' way to end Biochemistry module. LOL! We had lab session today and guess what today lesson was about? URINALYSIS! LOL! We were taught how to carry out analysis with the urine samples. Of course, one person in the group has to volunteer to use her urine for sample. =D, coincidentally, I got the urge to pee at that point of time so I became the 'volunteer'. LOL! Actually at first we find it quite gross (to carry out experiment using urine); but not sure is it because I'm dealing with my own sample, I don't feel anything while carrying out the experiment. LOL! Well, if you have the chance to perform the same experiment, maybe you should imagine it as a normal chemical (say, sodium hydroxide?) then you won't feel so disgusted. Well, *shrugs*. From what we learnt from the results, I found out that I'm not showing signs of kidney problems or diabetes (everything's within normal range), so I'm pretty healthy =D! Labels: daily happenings |
