Forget about the update on yesterday (11th December); I wasn't in my normal self so couldn't processed my mind properly...i sounded drunk but thats not the case! LOL! I was just dead beat and now I'm still feeling "zombie", although it's slightly better as compared to last night. Alright, re-blog!

Here's my daily grades for problem 11...

Immunology = B
Genetics = B
Sports and Exercise Nutrition = B
Medical Technology = B
Molecular & Cell Biology = C (because I left halfway for FIR's press conference coverage!)

UT3 just ended yesterday...don't think these results will get better but what to do?

Today's Sports & exercise nutrition was fun yet somniferous... we have been studying on "normal athletes" for the previous problems; it's time to discover more about the handicapped/disabled athletes! The lesson was started with a small activity.

1) group in pairs
2) try throwing the tennis ball to your partner and another person will record the time taken for the balls to be passed to and fro
3) now, my partner Han ting have to put on goggles coated with vase-line and the throwing balls process was repeated and timed. It was observed that the time taken for the ball to be passed to and fro is longer now.
4) Another team - Safi's hand was tied up, as if his arm is fractured and he have to throw the ball with his elbow only? The process is timed...
5) My faci tied a 2.5KG weight on Darc's leg and asked him to try walking...the process is timed too

So today's problem statement asked us to find out "why is the first and second results different?"... LOL! So we looked at the different categories of disabled athletes (try google "paralympics") and talk about the physiological problems that they might face and the nutrients that they need/don't need? Yup....

Isaac just set up an IT helpdesk blog; don't worry, it's FREE OF CHARGE or I'll throw him into the dustbin =P...do visit Isaac IT helpdesk if you need help in your computer ;)...
