Monday, November 17, 2008 @ 11/17/2008 09:37:00 PM Tired... So the training at EW suntec today was cancelled. I was only told upon reaching there. What the hell. That manager still can asked, weegiap didn't inform you? Then I said, no. So I left after his apologies. I then phone-called mr lee, and realized he wasn't informed too. gaaaaaaaaaaah. Then yada yada blah blah blah etc etc....he asked me to return to ew sp to continue working... As it was my dad who drove me there, he was pissed off when he was told the course was canceled. For goodness sake, because of THEIR negligence in forgetting to email to ew sp to inform about the cancellation of the course, my father wasted $19 of taxi fare, plus $5 of ERP. IF I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE ASK HIM TO PRINT RECEIPT ALREADY!! Moreover I was experiencing dizziness throughout the trip lor; my breakfast wasn't digested, so while he was driving I was feeling nausea and dizzy. Furthermore the weather was hot outside but the air con in his car was....all i knew was I seriously wanted fresh air at that time. yeah... Haha mr lee confronted them via email earlier; and the explanation was mentioned above already. I was assured that I will be paid accordingly. YEAH! THANKS MR LEE =D!! oK back to the point; the unlucky day didn't end here. I got lost in suntec while trying to find my way out to City hall MRT. For no reason, I stupidly walked to millenia walk, hoping to find my way out, but to no avail so I walked back to where I came from (which I don't know too). As I recalled seeing the MRT sign while going up to ew suntec, I followed the sign and saw PLAYGROUND. PLAYGROUND was the place where milubing once had their autograph session. So I tried to recall how we found our way to PLAYGROUND from city hall MRT on that day and tada, I MANAGED TO LEAVE SUNTEC CITY! haha. Back to work at ew sp, i was stationed at usher and ticketing. It wasn't a...comfortable day at ticketing too. ALL BECAUSE OF THE STUDENT DISCOUNT LAAA! Right twinnie? haha.. I THOUGHT THERE SHOULDN'T BE STUDENT CONCESSION RATE DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?!?!?!?! haha on a lighter note, my advisor Patrick got back to me already! Regarding the online videos article. haha thanks for the advise and encouragement! =) Murphy's law said, whatever can go wrong will go wrong. Apply this law into the trust "equation", it will be - whoever that can betray you WILL betray you. Therefore, for the people whom you think you can trust, there will be AT LEAST 1% chance that he/she will be the most untrustworthy person. To conclude, never trust anyone easily... What can be upsetting than trusting the wrong person? haha =/... BUT, if no one can be trusted, who will still be our listening ear? No worries, I know who are my listening ears....=) thank you! |
