I learnt that,

One should learn to take things easy and not be persistent;

When you hold on to something too tight,

You will end up suffocating;

Give yourself and the other party (or issue) some "space",

You will find yourself happier?

Just like when you set your goal on something,

You would want to work hard on it right?

Yes I will.

But if it didn't turn out well,

Don't take it too hard on yourself too,

Seriously, just don't get too upset,

And don't reproach yourself for it,

Just learn from your mistake and try again next time...

Cos you didn't make mistake – you merely learnt something new today.

If something bothers me,

Don't plunge into depression immediately,

Remember afiq's favourite line – don't worry~

Cos nothing gets done if you keep worrying,

"Forgive and forget" is one example;

Here's not saying one's wrongdoing should be forgiven because it shouldn't be...

But rather, when we forgive and forget, we actually free ourselves from hatred.

The more we dwell on the issue,

The more upset we will be,

Let go off these negative thoughts...
