Thursday, February 11, 2010 @ 2/11/2010 01:04:00 AM Hello~ haha i wanted to blog already, but was too engrossed with the "friends exposed" application in facebook... yesterday was ah mui's off day again (it seemed like ah mui is so no life that her blog topics are all about off days), ah mui had an appointment at somewhere to do something. Shan't reveal it here for now, interested parties please ask me personally but it subjects to whether i want to answer you =)... thereafter I headed back to ew wm to catch 2 movies using staff pass. Santau and My Ex. both films revolved around the topic on "jealousy"... Santau is about Halim's wife being cast a spell by Husin, who was jealous of his everything? My Ex was about this celebrity Ken - the cassanova who dated so many girls at one go, tragedy happened when "Meen" and "Bow" both died from suicide and accident respectively... storyline for both shows are quite predictable but the impact is definitely great; Santau was adapted from true story, while My Ex tells us to be faithful to our love... 4 popcorns each =D... Today ah mui was working from 10am to 4pm only, so ah mui catch "14 blades" right after work PAYING CASH~~~ I don't really get the story la, but I like the casts' acting, and the actions in the movie... Qi Yuwu....again doesn't have much lines/appearance in this film...(ok appearance this time is lesser as compared to Painted Skin)... Wu zun's acting this time is definitely better as compared to his role in "Butterfly lovers"... Donnie Yen rocks in this film still.... 3.5 popcorns out of 5 =).... So many new movies coming up during Chinese New Year... ah mui already list out ah mui's top 3 choices... True Legend (not only because there's Jay Chou but rather, Michelle Yeoh and Zhou xun the very talented actresses) Valentine's Day All's Well End's Well Too 2010 (just because of Leo Koo only; I hope this year's one will be nice, last year's one was rubbish...)
