Sunday, March 21, 2010 @ 3/21/2010 02:58:00 AM hello~ so Wednesday after work, ah mui headed down to ew wm to catch "Being human" using staff pass.. as well as catch up with my old friends there.. chatted with auntie sally... plus gave her my remaining staff passes as i don't think i'll be using it... 'Being human' is quite nice... it told us how he can go to the extent of sabotaging other people's lives just for the sake of earning more money, when tragic happened, not only he was not remorseful, he only thought of excuses to cover up his mistake, until karma happened... moral of story: you reap what you sow... but the ending is nonsense la... Nevertheless, this show is definitely much better than "Where Got Ghost" 3.5 popcorns out of 5... Siao siaos were supposed to reunite today... but outcome is still the same =/... well ah von and i were chatting in msn last night, we were saying how time flies, the last time we met was during milubing's performance at the Beatbox Championship in February 2008... that was when i was still in poly, even before I join ew sp (i joined in april 2008), and 2 years has pass already... in the end I went to open an account at UOB... cos I wanted to get their debit card that has the flashpay function... and I got it! but for now i'm using the normal ATM with the flashpay function, LOOKS cool! but it doesn't make much difference... the debit card will be sent to me 2 to 4 weeks later... woohooo looking forward... So I've survived 1 week at Peck Seng already... no problem with the data entry and the filing already... but the stamping of documents is a headache... I want to be fast but the stamp position must be accurate and precise... ended up it was like shit... aiyoooo.... then i've got 1 thick files of invoices to stamp as well... ended up there was 1 stack i stamp all the date wrongly... so i have to cancel and stamp again... so for that file i spent 4 hours and i'm not done... have to continue on monday... jia you ah mui~~~ I hope I can do better in days to come... I think this job is fine... except for the travelling part of course...still a pain in the ass... or perhaps i still need to get use to it... the environment in office is very conducive... but the environment outside....oh dear... everyday waiting for bus to return to boonlay is as good as feeding the mosquitoes... lunch at the canteen (2 bus stops away) is freaky too... yesterday upon leaving the canteen, that guard dog was walking along the direction i wanted to go... in the end I have to make a detour... did I mention the day before, the other guard dog was stalking me, luckily i shoo him away then he didn't follow... oh dear... mother ask me to quit if the dogs scared me again... then i asked, then what you want me to fill in under "Reason for leaving"? "i'm scared of the guard dogs in the canteen?" then she laughed... honestly speaking I don't think I want to work there for long cos the transport and its duration is really not worth it... but I might only leave when i learnt enough already? over there I'm on my own most of the time... this can get quite depressing as my thinking tend to go wild... but somehow it can be overcomed - i'll take it as a chance for me to reflect on my own? think positively, no naysayers making noise, ah mui can focus better? =D i wanna watch movies again...but don't know which one to watch... ![]() ![]() might be considering "Confucious" by Chow Yun Fatt and zhou xun. but since ew wm is showing, shall i wait until april's staff pass (if they are going to give me for my last pay)? but for that I could only watch from Mondays to Thursdays at 7plus... "How To Train Your Dragon" looked interesting too. The trailer looked like another "Kungfu Panda" to me though. Should I watch in 3D or normal version using staff pass as well? I'm broke already la... Thats all for now, till the next entry~ |
